The introduction of Fall and Winter means it’s officially “flu season.” Flu shots are recommended for everyone 6 months of age and older, especially seniors and people with underlying conditions. Protect yourself and help prevent the spread of the flu this season.
Drive in or walk up to the BSAC, 315 Halleck St. on Tuesday, October 27th from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Use parking lot entrance that is furthest from the building and we will guide you into line. Please wear a mask.
Pickup the screening questionnaire and consent form during lunch distribution on Wednesdays (11:30-12:30) or download it Here. Bring the completed form with you to help speed up our process. Bring your insurance card. The vaccine is free of charge under most plans.
