What’s Next: A Health & Wellness Event Series

The “What’s Next” Health and Wellness Series is designed to help the community thrive and be able to make informed decisions when it comes to health and wellbeing. Part of the mission of the Bellingham Senior Activity Center, a program of the Whatcom Council on Aging, is to increase the physical and mental wellbeing of our members and this series extends that goal to the community as a whole.

The What’s Next Series educates the community on senior housing options, general health and wellness, Medicare, and how to prepare for the future and end-of-life planning.

Each event features a series of
presentations and workshops, as well as information booths from community resources to provide one-on-one assistance.

This year’s three events are free and open to the public.

It’s great to learn what my options are if I want to stay in my home. Thank you for putting on such an informative event!
