As an alternative to group exercise glasses we wanted to share some trusted resources to keep you moving during this time.

These two workout videos from the National Institute on Aging are free and have been vetted for you by Elaine Cres, BSAC Health & Wellness Coordinator.


A few notes from Elaine regarding the NIH – Go 4Life Circuit workout:

This video runs about 60 minutes or 3 20-minutes circuits of upper and lower body strength and balance.


Chair with arms – back that is waist height

2 tennis balls or substitute (play dough)

2 weights – 5 lbs dumb bells, or substitute (water bottles, cans of food)
