You can help make a local senior’s day a little brighter with a holiday card! As part of the 2021 Subaru Share the Love Event Dewey Griffin Subaru is partnering with Meals on Wheels and More on a holiday card campaign. Our goal is to collect more than 500 holiday cards that our dedicated Meals on Wheels Drivers will deliver to homebound seniors throughout Whatcom and San Juan Counties. We are asking community members young and young at heart to write a thoughtful note in a pre-made holiday card or create one of their own. Cards can be dropped off at Dewey Griffin Subaru or at the Bellingham Senior Activity Center through December 15th, 2021.
The Subaru Share the Love Event runs from November 18, 2021 through January 3rd, 2022. For every new Subaru vehicle bought or leased during this period Subaru will donate $250 to the customer’s choice of four national charities including Meals on Wheels America. Dewey Griffin Subaru customers will also be able to select Meals on Wheels and More to receive the funds as the dealership’s Hometown Charity. Over the past 13 years, through the Subaru Share the Love Event, Subaru of America Inc. and its participating retailers have donated more than $200 million to charity!
